Our korowai, almost complete, was woven through aroha, patience, and shared learning at our last wānanga. Every whenu carries a story — a memory of laughter, kōrero, and whānau working as one. When finished, it will stand as a cloak of unity, worn with pride at future generations’ milestones.

From our wānanga came the stories of our whenua, our waterways, and our tamariki — told in our own voices. These books are for the next generation, to see themselves in the stories of home, to know that their world is sacred and full of meaning.
